Paul knows the value of working hard and doing his best in all situations. As a winner of international sales competitions and General Manager of two of Australia’s largest sales organisations, this edict is testimony to this. Paul has trained and developed some of the top Sales Managers in the direct sales industry and as a real estate professional he brings experience and passion to his work and clients. Paul i well known in the Illawarra for his professional photography business which he ran for 25 years which trade as Paul’s Photographics, Rabbit Photo and Foto Island. As a past member of Wollongong City Soccer Club, Paul was a part of the management team that developed one the best soccer teams in our nation. Growing up in well respected Italian family, Paul understands the sensitivity of different cultures. He speaks Italian (Calabrese dialect), a bit of French, Spanish, Greek and is learning Finnish. A devoted family man Paul is married with 4 beautiful children and a 8 cute grandchildren. Paul has achieved great success in every industry he enters. He has made his mark in the real estate industry which he is dedicated and passionate about. He has achieved record results in some local suburbs. He is an experienced agent and appreciates that all the skills he has learnt over the years greatly assists him in his current position. Paul is now the principal of Spinelli Real Estate Wollongong specialising in the Wollongong / Shellharbour City area, while his son Adam Spinelli is specialising in the southern Shellharbour area. Paul’s skills include: Fully licensed real estate agent with REINSW, Accredited Auctioneer, Business Broker and Property Manager and a Stock & Station Licensee.
