Peter Konidaris

Peter is the Officer of Effective Control and co-director of our OBrien Real Estate office. He has a 
strong desire for seeing constant improvement and capital growth around Melbourne's South Eastern suburbs. As a fully Licensed Agent, he is an expert on Victoria's unique culture, infrastructure and the benefits of the lifestyle each suburb offers. With a Bachelors Degree in Accounting and after plenty of hands-on work with tax-related property transactions, Peter decided to make the move into real estate, following in his father´s footsteps who had a successful real estate career spanning more than 40 years. Peter is also involved as a sponsor and supporter of several non-profit organisations and charities including local schools, Backpacks 4 Vic Kids, Parkinson's Victoria, Alzheimer's Australia and Amaze (Autism Victoria). In his spare time, Peter likes to play guitar and spend time with his wife and young daughters.
