Peter has over 34 years real estate experience and is currently responsible for multiple roles at LJ Hooker Merrylands. It was at Merrylands he first ventured into real estate as a Sales Agent for the Principal John Contos.
The decision to run his own office was a natural progression and he acquired the Guildford office in partnership with another LJ Hooker Merrylands Agent and within a few years they opened the St Mary’s office.
Peter has always been a hands-on leader across Sales and Property Management, training his Sales Assistant to become a Sales Agent and then Sales Manager. His success speaks volumes from doubling the turnover of an office to achieving an individual GCI beyond any other agent in the South West of the group, he still holds that record today. The Guildford office was a huge success and he often “owned Woodville Road” in real estate transactions. In one month alone the Guildford office they smashed $250k GCI.
Peter is a licenced Sales Agent, Auctioneer and graduate of the Dale Carnegie Leadership programme for Managers/Leaders in Sales.
