The reason I began my career as a Real Estate Agent in 2003 was to make a difference in the industry as I believe that good service is not something that should cost extra when it comes to Property Management & Sales. Having a straight forward & honest approach with both owners & tenants has seen me build a great rapport with clients over the years. I completed the Certificate 4 of Property Management at the commencement of my career & went straight into a Full Time role with a major brand managing a healthy Portfolio. I found myself wanting to advance myself in my chosen profession & give myself the challenge to further assist owners in seeing the true potential with their investment opportunities. Over the last couple of years I had moved into a consulting role to other Licensees with their businesses that were requiring a re-structure whilst I was studying my Diploma in Property Services Licensee / Triennial Certificate. After aiding the owners / Licensee of other businesses see their potential & added growth, my own Company Gem Property Sales & Management was born and began trading in March 2014.
