Rob Chapman

Rob Chapman has brought an innovative and fresh approach to real estate in the Manning Valley. Rob and his team help vendors by working with a smaller number of listings; this allows maximum effort and advertising for each property. Our aim is for each vendor’s property to reach its maximum sales potential through a marketing program that is personalised and effective for that property. We are not about only going through the usual channels to sell property. We hope to be innovative and come up with different ways of marketing properties with one goal in mind – getting the best possible price for our vendors. Rob became principal in early December 2003 and has a long history of working with people on the land. He worked for Westfarmers Landmark in livestock sales in Queensland, where he was livestock manager at the largest livestock selling centre in Australia. He has worked overseas, has worked in rural real estate with Elders as well as property management at a private agency. Rob and his team work in a helpful friendly, conscientious and honest manner.
