I love everything about real estate. It is a multi-faceted job that rewards you in so many ways and I can honestly say that I am passionate about my work. I have been fortunate to have met so many different and wonderful people on my real estate journey and I have been honoured to be a part of their lives at a time when they have embarked on one of the biggest transactions in their life with the purchase or sale of their home. These can often be stressful times so it important that my clients feel they can rely on me to provide them the best result, this is only achieved through a relationship founded on trust. I regard my client’s decision to appoint me to represent them as a great responsibility to dedicate myself in providing a service that will give my clients the confidence that their goals will be achieved as well as the peace of mind that they have an agent who is invested in producing the result for them. My clients can count on me to work as hard as possible for them and keep them informed every step of the way through consistent honest feedback, this empowers them to make their decisions without any feeling of pressure. Knowing that I have contributed in a positive way to my clients lives is what makes my career worthwhile. I grew up in a family involved in the industry, my Dad had his own real estate office and I have always aspired to be like him. I used to go to work with Dad whenever I could, so attending auctions and negotiations are some of my earliest childhood memories and most of my weekends since then have been spent in the same way although now I enjoy being a passionate and enthusiastic Auctioneer. I take great pride in our Auction process and the hope it provides our clients. There is no better feeling than being able to provide our clients a result which exceeds their expectations. The satisfaction I receive by helping people to achieve their dreams is what makes much of the sacrifice worthwhile. Since opening Harcourts with my business partners in 2010 we have gone on to oversee the growth of our business into three additional office locations in Thomastown, Mill Park and Reservoir as well our Commercial office in Epping. One of my greatest joys has been watching our team grow from 2 people to over 60 staff including a sales team of more than 25 members. We owe everything to our team members, they have remained dedicated to our common goal of creating success through exceptional service. We believe that every person who comes into contact with our business should be more successful because of that interaction.
