I care about my results and the experience my clients receive as we go on this journey together.
I developed a mantra about what I do, and importantly how I do it. It is simply summarised as,
“Everything I do, is to create a seamless and memorable experience.”

Local is everything to me, I live in the Hawkesbury with my wife Kris and Bella our staffy. We enjoy heading around to the Richmond Good Food Market’s, the numerous events at the showground, or to the boutique distilleries in Grose Vale and upto Bilpin for the fresh produce.
The support I receive from my team makes the service I provide so much simpler. They share a commitment to excellence and this ultimately makes the client experience a seamless and memorable one.
When I talk about innovating and challenging the status quo. This is done in all aspects.

As at October 2022, I am the only accredited liveability specialist in the Hawkesbury, and as a liveability specialist, I have undergone specialist training to identify 17 additional features on a home, that when used correctly not only reduce running costs but increase comfort. Been able to discuss these 17 things with buyers, sellers, tenants and investors sets me apart.
In order to ensure that our team continues to perform at a high standard, and that we are at the forefront of our Environment, Social & Governance responsibilities as a company I implemented a number of policies since 2021.

Things such as;
1. Wellness Program for our team to feel safe, secure and valued
2. A maternity policy to address the disparity in superannuation balances caused by maternity leave
3. A carbon offset program that not only made our business net zero before the end of 2023, but make us a climate positive business by removing more carbon from the atmosphere than what we contribute.
