Sam Roche

 I grew up in Forster and have lived most of my life in my hometown. I enjoy living close to my family who have been in the area for decades. I have been involved in various sporting clubs and have previously been played gigs as a local musician. My wife and I enjoy surfing and spending times with our friends in our beautiful area. My wife Kate and I are also the proud founders of ‘Clean Tide’- a local non- profit organization dedicated to keeping our area clean with semi- regular organized, scientific beach and foreshore cleans in the local area. We use the Aus. Marine Debris Initiative (AMDI) database in collaboration with Tangaroa Blue. Data collected is recorded in the national litter index to illustrate trends and patterns of marine debris in our local area. I have enjoyed working in the real estate industry for Professionals for the best part of a decade working in a variety of roles in property management and marketing before joining the sales team. My father Darrell Roche has also been a trusted and well-respected name in the local real estate industry for over 35 years. Before my real estate career, I completed a Bachelor Degree of Teaching and enjoyed teaching for 6 years which afforded me the ability to travel and teach overseas , interstate in remote communities as well as local communities in the area. This experience, along with my experience in the real estate industry has equipped me with a broad range of interpersonal, organizational and practical skills that that translate to my career in sales. I have a strong work ethic, a good understanding of effective marketing strategies and methods and I am extremely determined to succeed in my career as a specialist sales agent.
