Hi, I've been with Marc Matthews & Associates Real Estate now for over 8 years, previously I was with L J Hooker. We are an independent Agency that was originally based in Umina Beach for 10 years, until Covid hit "twice". We then sold our rental role section of the company & closed the shop front opposite Coles in Umina, and have since concentrated on now being 100% on-line agency, and solely dedicated to Sales. In doing so our over-heads are very small, and we have been able to pass those savings onto our Vendors, including FREE marketing with an all in success fee at 1.85%, which also includes the gst.
I'm supported by my principal Marc Matthews who has 27 years experience in Real Estate, and my sales associate Meg Matthews with 8 Years experience.
