Kym has lived in the Victoria Park area since 1996 and has seen the area change and grow to be a highly sought after location for people of all ages. In 2006, inspired by her husband's love of real estate, Kym left a 15 year career in nursing to join the real estate industry. Since then she has actively sold throughout most of Perth's near city metropolitan suburbs. Shane's passion for the real estate stems from his family ties. His father came from Italy as a young boy and grew up in East Victoria Park. Shane's Mother grew up in the area too. It seems inevitable for him to continue the tradition of living in this vibrant area with his own family. Shane began his real estate career in 2001, inspired by the experience of selling and buying properties. Since then he has continued to develop a broad knowledge of all things Real Estate with 2012 bringing the opportunity to fulfill the dream of opening an office in the area in which he loves to live, work and play.
