His diverse professional background includes 13 Years in the NSW Police Force: A career that fostered resilience, integrity, exceptional communication, and a strong sense of duty. 15 Years in National and International Retail Business Rising to Executive roles of National and General Manager, including Group CEO. Shannon honed his leadership skills, developed customer centric strategies, and delivered solutions focused results across Australia and overseas. 

Since transitioning to real estate in early 2020, Shannon has quickly established himself as a trusted agent, leveraging his extensive experience in government and the private sector. Known for his ethical standards, problem solving abilities, and results driven mindset, Shannon has become a reliable partner for clients navigating the property market. 

Shannon’s commitment extends beyond business, reflecting his passion for community involvement. Previously, he has proudly sponsored and been a committee member of local Junior Rugby League Clubs, supported a local Penrith families podcast, and served as a Director Board Member for the Western Sydney Two Blues Rugby Union Club. Married and a father of two has seen his family well entrenched in the local schooling, sporting clubs community, and a longtime resident.
