Shantelle Cardwell-Smith

Having lived in Sunbury and the Macedon Ranges all her life, Shantelle not only loves the area but also knows the market here extremely well. She commenced her Real Estate sales career in Romsey in 2009, a career that she is extremely passionate about. Having been based in Sunbury now since 2011, she has gained invaluable experience to niche and unique properties, acreage as well and suburban homes and units throughout Sunbury and the Macedon Ranges primarily, but also branching out to Diggers Rest and beyond. For her, the best part of her job is having a delighted client when that sold sticker goes on! This not only satisfies her own love for the job, but also facilitates the high level of repeat business already established within the company. Shantelle is honest, reliable and is dedicated to staying well studied in regards to modern technology and sales techniques and stays proactive and motivated throughout the sales process ensuring a successful sale is inevitable. Shantelle completed her Licence in 2015 and has undertaken regular training throughout her career.
