Simon Kersten

As the founder and Managing Director of Colliers Wollongong in 2006, I have established a market-leading property business that delivers outstanding outcomes for clients across all sectors, including industrial, commercial, and residential. I am a licensed real estate, strata, business, and stock and station agent, with a Graduate Diploma in Management from the University of New England.

My core competencies are development sites and project marketing, where I have a proven track record of achieving record-breaking sales of multimillion-dollar properties and managing successful marketing campaigns for large-scale developments in the Wollongong region. I am also passionate about contributing to the growth and development of the Illawarra, and I serve as the Chair of Destination Wollongong Board and the UDIA Illawarra Chapter, as well as the President of the Illawarra Cycle Club and the Chair of the Illawarra Olympic Fundraising Committee. My mission is to maximise the potential of property and people, and to create lasting value for my clients and communities.
