Steve Nixon

Steve Nixon has been involved with property since 1991 where he started in the building industry. This gave him a unique and grounded view of the industry and what it means to his clients. For the last 20 years he has been directly involved in real estate and the finance sectors on the Central Coast, Sydney and interstate. Over this time he has been involved with many aspects covering property sales for both families and investors and overseas buyers. Steve has also owned and operated a financial service business, specialising in residential mortgages and insurance. Through his entire career the one common aspect is his love of dealing with his clients. “Talking with my clients is the most rewarding aspect of my role. I am also a firm believer that you have to place yourself in your client’s shoes to really understand their needs. This ability for Steve to see things through the eyes of his clients gives him a genuine drive and edge in attaining the best possible outcome. Steve' skills, attention to detail and excellent results for his clients were recognised with Steve taking out the coveted McGrath Central Coast agent of the year 2018.
