Stuart Sinclair

Stuart is highly skilled in the property management and tourism industries, holding a wealth of over 20 years experience in the field. Beginning as the youngest Licencee in NSW he headed into the Hotel scene in 1990 and, after a successful sale of a share of a well known Hotel in Orange, NSW, Stuart made a coastal change and spent 15 years living on site and overseeing two award winning Holiday Parks. A large purchase of the management rights of an entire complex of 33 units from the Oaks Hotels and Resorts Group brought the family to Tea Gardens. After a fulfilling 5 years in which the holiday occupancy grew under the carefully marketed business plan from 55% to 79%, Stuart accepted an offer for the management rights, sight unseen, and stepped into a marketing, maintenance and more specifically sales role for RSLlifecare's 190 home over 55's lifestyle village in Tea Gardens. Whilst he enjoyed his role, the drive for a family owned business took over Stuart sucessfully negotiated the purchase of a local agency rent role and became the Principal of a brand new Ray White office servicing Tea Gardens, Hawks Nest and the surrounding areas.
