Terry is the sole proprietor of the Terry Hansen Real Estate Group Pty Ltd trading as The St Marys, Plumpton and Erskine Park-St Clair Professionals Outer Western Sydney Real Estate. Terry has been the Managing Director of this company since 1987 and has assisted thousands of people to achieve their real estate dreams. The local boy - Terry and his lovely wife Kerry, along with their two children, have lived locally all their lives and have always thought of themselves as part of the community. A good number of Terry’s clients come to us as referrals, friends of friends, previous customers and the like. He is constantly called upon by some of his many previous clients for advice and direction in a vast variety of areas over and above property related topics. Terry has sold number of multi million dollar development sites. Just from one, 350 residential blocks were created!
