Tim originally opted to pursue a career in real estate because it enabled him to work for himself and be successful in what he did. Although now a bayside local, Tim lived in Toorak for many years so he knows the local area and property market well. Away from work, he loves the water and the beach; boating and surfing are favorite family past times and he makes it a priority to stay fit to keep up with the demands of his family and his work.
