Toni Atkinson

As a Property Manager, Toni is able to combine her broad range of skills with her long held & active interest in the Property & Real Estate Industry, and feels that the Philosophy at Laing + Simmons Bondi Beach matches her own desire for high standards in performance, professionalism & customer service. She consistently aims to meet & achieve beyond expectation and believes her energy, work ethic & high performance standards prove to be highly suited to this position. Working very closely with the rest of the team, our Leasing Managers & Accounting Staff enables her to provide our Landlords, as well as Tenants with a unique and progressive Service. Having lived in many different parts of Sydney, Toni has a good feel for the various subtle shifts in culture & style across the City, and from her own personal experience, certainly understands what it is like to be a Vendor, a Purchaser, a Landlord and a Tenant. With an eye for market returns, she is regularly improving properties on her client’s behalf, aiming to increase their rental returns. She is able to draw on her previous role as a Partner of a small Property Development business being responsible for Project Management, managing the Project & People involved, as well as bringing it all in on time & budget. She thoroughly enjoys dealing with many different types of people on a daily basis, as is reflective through her past involvement with Red Cross & Council based Community Welfare programs, as well as her background in Hospitality, Advertising & Marketing, experience in Function & Event Management, Real Estate Project Co-Ordination & Styling. Having completed two Diplomas in Fine Arts, majoring Graphic Design & Photography, she finds them to be a valuable foundation in any work she enjoys.
