Tracy Wright is a native of Birmingham, Alabama. She serves the community through her practice of Real Estate, where she has been a real estate professional for over 18 years. She is not only a Realtor, but has had the opportunity to Broker her own company W&J Realty LLC, and now she serves as the Property Manager and Associate Broker at Barnes & Associates, Realtors. She has an extensive knowledge of foreclosures, as she is a certified foreclosure specialist working with well known REO companies such as HUD, Bank of America, Ocwen just to name a few, and has had a very profitable BPO business doing property analysis, and is a certified short sale specialist. Tracy is also knowledgeable in the property management side of real estate. She not only manages properties, but has a high success rate of converting tenants into home owners. Due to her years of experience working her real estate business, Tracy has acquired professional relationships with several investors, lenders, and other real estate professionals to help make her career a success!
She has been nominated and won several prestigious awards through her career such as: "Rookie Of The Year" and "Good Neighbor Award" and “Entrepreneur of the Year” and “Realtor of The Year” just to name a few. She also has served as President of the Birmingham Chapter of the Women Council of Realtors for 2 consecutive years and continues to serve on the board.
Tracy is the wife of Pastor Leon Wright where they lead Destined For Greatness Ministry in Birmingham, AL and is the mother to three adorable kids Xavier (Zay), Tracylyn ( Lady) and Zaylyn (Ziggy). Outside of Real Estate Tracy's first love is her family.
