A positive and enthusiastic person, Wayne has built such an environment and so assisted well over 2,000 clients to buy and sell residential property in the Lower North Shore. He is personally involved in selling properties, as well as attracting and leading a team of great individuals. Wayne has an unsurpassed knowledge of the area. He is also an expert negotiator with the ability to persuade people to move ahead on the path they want to be on. Wayne is a family man with three children. Another passion is his participation in Masters track and field athletics. He is the current National 100 metre hurdles, long jump and triple jump title holder for his age-group.
