Download job and workspace reports

Use Vendorable's PDF reports to preserve or share a structured record of bidding, appointment, messages and appointed-agent activity.

Open reports

1. Open the relevant sale or lease.
2. Select Workspace and then Reports.
3. Choose the report you need.

Available reports

• Procurement report records the property job and appointment process.
• Marketing report uses the campaign, marketing activity and prospect information recorded in the workspace.
• Messages report records the applicable workspace message history.
• Bid and ongoing-bids reports provide proposal information during the procurement process.
• Agency agreements and amendments can be opened or downloaded from their agreement views.

Keep reports accurate

Reports are generated from Vendorable's current records. Update the job, workspace, activities, prospects and deal information before producing the report. A PDF does not update after it has been downloaded; generate another copy when the underlying record changes.

If a report is unavailable

Report access depends on your role and the state of the job. Check that you are an authorised owner participant or the appointed agent and that the requested report applies to the current stage.
