Cancel or transfer a property job

Cancel a sale or lease job that will not proceed, or transfer its primary responsibility to an eligible teammate.

Cancel a job

1. Open the sale or lease job.
2. Select the cancellation action and review the confirmation.
3. Optionally provide a clear reason for agents.
4. Confirm the cancellation.

Agents who have bid are informed of the decision. A job cannot be cancelled after an agent has been appointed and a project exists; use the project termination process instead.

Transfer a job

1. Open the job and select its transfer action.
2. Choose an eligible authority from the property's team.
3. Review the effect of the transfer and confirm it.

The selected person becomes the primary contact for that job and receives the corresponding responsibility and notifications. Other teammates retain access according to their team roles.

Transfer the property record

Property ownership is separate from transferring one sale or lease job. Use the transfer action on the property when the new person should own the property record and become the default primary contact for new transactions. Vendorable restricts the choice to eligible people in the property team.

If the transfer choice is missing

Check that the proposed recipient is an authority in the assigned team and has completed their Vendorable account. A person outside that team cannot receive the transfer.
