Vendorable
Complete your property owner profile and team
Your owner profile identifies you in Vendorable. A team lets colleagues, co-owners and advisers work with you across selected properties and jobs.
Before you start
You need a property owner account. Decide whether you will work alone or whether other people need continuing access to the same property records.
Complete your profile
- Open the menu under your name and select Profile.
- Add or update your contact and organisation details.
- Save the profile.
Create or update a team
- From your profile, open the team section and create a team or select an existing team.
- Give the team a name that will make sense when choosing it for a property.
- Add each teammate using their email address.
- Choose the appropriate role. Team authorities can make or approve decisions reserved for authorities; team members have ordinary collaborative access.
- Save the team. Invitees who do not yet have an account will receive instructions to finish creating one.
How team access works
Assigning a team to a property gives that team access to the property and its associated sale or lease work. A job still has one primary contact. Teammates may be able to act on the job according to their role, but they do not share the primary-contact role.
Use a stakeholder role for somebody who needs access to a particular transaction rather than continuing access to every property allocated to a team.
If somebody cannot see a property
Check that the correct team is assigned to the property, that the person's email address is correct, and that they finished the invited account using that same address.
