Review an appointed agent

After the sale or lease workspace has finished, the property owner can rate the appointed agent's service and record whether they would recommend the agent.

Before you start

The project must be finished. For a sale, the completed sale deal must be recorded before the workspace can finish. For a lease, recording the agreement date puts the lease on foot and finishes the workspace.

Complete the review

  1. Open the finished sale or lease Workspace.
  2. Select the action to review the agent.
  3. Rate each service area from one to five.
  4. Choose whether you would recommend the agent.
  5. Add any review text and the review file note required by your process.
  6. Submit the review.

Team approval

If the review is created by somebody who needs team approval, request approval from a team authority. The authority can review and approve it from the workspace. Vendorable notifies the relevant reviewer when approval is completed.

Testimonials

A testimonial can only be provided with a recommendation. Keep public comments factual, relevant to the service and free of confidential property or personal information.

If the review action is missing

Check that the project is finished, that you are an authorised owner participant, and that a review has not already been completed. If the workspace cannot finish, review the current sale or lease deal milestones first.
