Compare agents before creating a job

Use agent comparison when you want to shortlist real estate agents first and then create the property and sale or lease job with those agents selected.

Before you start

You need a property owner account and completed owner profile. Agent comparison is useful when you already know which agents you are considering or want to review verified public profiles before preparing the job.

Compare and continue

1. Open the agent comparison page.
2. Choose whether you are selling or leasing.
3. Search for and select the agents you want to compare.
4. Review the available profile information.
5. Continue to create or choose the property.
6. Complete the sale or lease job form. The selected agents will be carried into the invitation choices for that job.

What happens next

The property is saved before Vendorable routes you to the appropriate sale or lease workflow. Review all bidding options before publishing; selecting agents during comparison does not remove the need to check the final job settings.

If an agent is missing

Try a different spelling or search term. An agent may not yet have a complete, verified or searchable profile. You can still prepare the property and job and use the invitation options available on the job form.
