How bid information is shared

Owners can review the full bids submitted to their job. Competing agents receive only the limited, anonymised comparison information that the job permits.

What the owner can see

The property owner and authorised participants can review the bidding agent's identity, proposal, fees, estimates, strategy, pitch, documents and other information submitted for that job, subject to their role and access.

What another agent can see

Another bidding agent does not see the competitor's identity, cost details, pitch, example marketing material or bid documents. Vendorable also conceals other fields that are not part of the permitted anonymous comparison.

For sale jobs, the owner can choose whether agents may see each other's sale price estimates. When that option is off, those estimates are also hidden from competing agents.

What happens after appointment

Unsuccessful bidders are told that their bid was not selected. They are not told which agent was appointed. The appointed agent and owner then use a private workspace for the operational work.

Why limited comparison exists

The limited view lets a job support transparent competition without disclosing agent identity or commercially sensitive proposal material.
