Vendorable
How Vendorable handles information
Vendorable records the account, property, job, bid, agreement and workspace information needed to provide the service and maintain a useful transaction record.
Property owners and teams
Property owners control which team is assigned to a property and which participants are invited to a job. Team access and transaction roles determine which records and actions a person can use.
Bids
Owners and authorised participants can review bids submitted to their job. Competing agents receive only limited anonymous comparison information and do not receive the competitor's identity, cost details, pitch, example marketing material or bid documents.
Workspaces
After appointment, the owner, appointed agent and authorised participants use the workspace to record messages, files, notes, agreements, marketing, prospects, deals and reports. Do not invite somebody unless their access is appropriate for the property or job.
Privacy information
This article explains the product at a high level. The current details about collection, use, disclosure, storage and your rights are in Vendorable's privacy policy. The privacy policy takes precedence over this summary.
If access looks wrong
Check the property's team, the participant's role and the email address used for the account. If confidential information appears available to the wrong person, contact Vendorable promptly and identify the record without copying sensitive content into an unsecured message.
