Property owners can create an account, manage properties and run sale or lease workflows without a platform charge. Agents can create an account, build a profile and view opportunities without a platform charge.
Property owners
Vendorable is free for property owners to sign up, manage properties and run sales or leasing workflows on the platform.
Real estate agents
A service fee applies to completed work. For sale jobs, the current platform service fee is 5% of gross commission plus applicable tax. For lease jobs, the current platform service fee is 25% of gross letting fee plus applicable tax.
The workspace displays the service fee information applicable to the appointed work. The full legal position is in the terms of service, which should be used if this summary and the terms differ.
Other costs
Agent commission, letting, management, marketing, advertising and other property-service costs are proposed in bids and agreed between the owner and the appointed agent. They are separate from Vendorable's platform service fee.
