Vendorable

Get a bid approved by a bid signer

Configure a bid signer when somebody other than the bidding agent must approve proposals made in the agency's name.

Set the bid signer

  1. Open your agent profile and select its edit action.
  2. Enter the bid signer's email address.
  3. Save the profile.

The email address must be valid and must not contain extra text. Use an address controlled by the person who is authorised to approve the bid.

Request approval

When you create a sale or lease bid with a configured signer, Vendorable prepares the signing process and notifies the signer. The signer must use the invited account associated with that email address.

Approve the bid

  1. Open the Vendorable notification or signing link.
  2. Review the complete bid and proposed agency details.
  3. Select Approve and complete the signing action.

Once approved, the owner can proceed with accepting the bid if their own authority requirements are satisfied.

Changes after approval

If the bidding agent materially updates the proposal, review the new version rather than relying on the earlier approval. Vendorable may request approval again so the accepted terms match what the signer reviewed.

If the signer cannot access the bid

Check that the profile contains the correct email address and that the signer used the same address to finish their Vendorable account. Request a fresh invitation if necessary.
