Submit a sale bid

Use the sale bid form to give the owner a structured proposal covering your appraisal, fees, strategy, agreement type and supporting information.

Before you start

Read the job, sale brief and attachments. Confirm that bidding is open and that you have the authority to make the proposal or have configured the appropriate bid signer.

Create the bid

  1. Open the sale from Jobs or a direct invitation under Bids.
  2. Select Bid.
  3. Complete the price-estimate range and the proposed commission structure.
  4. Add marketing and other costs as line items.
  5. Choose the proposed sale strategy and agency-agreement type.
  6. Explain the strategy, pitch and other service details requested by the owner.
  7. Add permitted bid documents and review any inspection information.
  8. Review and submit the bid.

Price estimates and fees

Enter whole-number prices without relying on the field as a general currency parser. For residential sales in jurisdictions with a regulated estimate range, Vendorable applies the relevant validation. Fixed and percentage commission structures are distinct; choose the intended structure before submitting.

Update the bid

Open the job and select Edit bid while bidding remains open. If a configured signer must approve the bid, material updates may require fresh approval.

If the bid will not submit

Review the errors beside the fields. Check the deadline, required estimates, fee and line-item values, agreement type, strategy, signatures and any jurisdiction-specific notice.
